Our Head Chef Ryan Lamb has been making his Signature Dish ‘The Twice Baked Cheese Soufflé’ for over 15 years. So as you can imagine he has tried and tested his recipe, trailed hundreds of difference creams and cheese and today has the perfect combination to create his excellent ‘Red Fox Cheese Soufflé’.

You can enjoy this dish prepared for you by Ryan any day of the week at The Tally Ho! and now you can enjoy this dish in the comfort of your own home anytime you feel like it! Ryan has now packaged his soufflés at their first bake stage, with pots of his selected cheese and cream. So you can take them home, simply pop it in the oven and enjoy the delicious results.

Ever tried to make a Soufflé yourself? The key to making the perfect Twice Baked Soufflé, is perfecting the first bake stage! As the second bake stage is just simply pouring cream and cheese over the soufflé and popping it in the oven and literally anyone can do that! Then watch it rise into a heavenly fluffy dish, but only if you have got that first bake stage right!

Ryan has simply taken the hassle out of this notoriously difficult dish for you, by completing the skilled first bake stage for you, so all you have to do is the simple second bake stage and enjoy!
